Yesterday we were looking at the 4th bar NDX net volume percent making a
lower high with respect to an NDX higher high. The odds, intuitive or
discretionary, had an historical implication that today would be a downer.
So far that has been true. The QQQ Jan 26Put options as the vehicle of
choice if bought near yesterday's close as the setup was completing were
0.35 bid and 0.45 ask. After today's drop they are bid 0.60 ask 0.70.
Using multiple contracts, that would have netted a nice day on the town.
