      size=2>Attention Equities Brokerage Customers - Stop Server 
      functionality expected week of December 16th 2002. 
      We would like to give an update to the TradeStation ‘Stop Server’ 
      project. We have completed development and are nearing the completion of 
      our software testing and quality assurance phase. Once completed we will 
      be making an upgrade to the TradeStation Order Execution Network that will 
      allow users to place Stop Market and Stop Limit Orders for both listed and 
      Nasdaq stocks.The expected release date for our new stop 
      functionality is the middle of next week. We feel it necessary to clarify 
      this announcement by reiterating that the project, while on target, still 
      must receive final clearing by our Quality Assurance Department. If any 
      unforeseen quality assurance issue arises that delays the release, due to 
      logistical reasons, this upgrade will not be able to be performed until 
      after the New Year Holiday.We have been working very hard to bring 
      this to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued support.
