Puetz Modify it by tossing out lunar eclipse as o trigger,
New version as follows:
Market tops (could be 2nd lower top)
around New Moon (NOV 4th 2002) one lunar cycle before solar eclipse (we did
exactly on election day).
then market decline to solar eclipse (due Dec 4th), then rally 2 weeks to
around Full moon (Dec 19th) & start collapsing on following new moon (due
1-2-03), it can be shifted forward one lunar cycle.
This is very good conformation of dates & rotation for Delta members
