I agree they are most likely dead in the
water Ben, but I don't think the S&P is done climbing the wall of hope
just yet. These bear market rallies normally end the same way they begin
and I haven't seen that final burst of short covering yet. In any event
the markets look to be marking time before the next leg down.

we Failed today to come back above previous
highs,,
and we did take out last week lows
yesterday,,
I suspect sp is dead in the water and will not make a
higher high,,
the NASDAQ is a DIFFERENT story,,
it Will make a higher high and fail (not
tomorrow)
