Not off-topic, but technically oriented.. :
I just have a new PC, new OS (XP) and am now unable to do what I did
for years: link a realtime data stream of forex quotes from a web
page directly into Excel !!!
I think it works (or should work, or worked until last month on my
old PC!) using DDE link or something like that.
When I now try to use the "paste special" feature in Excel,
the "Paste Link" option stays in grey.
I tried for days to browse the web, including Microsoft site,
searching for a solution but couldn't. It's a pity because until
now, it permitted me to download these quotes.
So, could anyone help me with this. Here is the case: I have
Iexplorer brand new version 6.0.28, and Excel XP2002, and would like
to DYNAMICALLY link data from a specific web page, into anb excel
