I would have to go along with that.  After three years of 24/7 service I
started to have a problem with my lap top.  I had in home warranty that was
up in 20 days.  They told me that they couldn't do a thorough job in home
and to send it to their home office.  They provided and paid for pickup and
delivery, revamped the whole computer with a new power source, chip set and
a few other things.  The hard drive remained.  It took one week and I had a
rebuilt computer.  I didn't get the extended warranty, cheaper to by a new
computer when the time comes.  I will stay with Dell the next time around
also.  Ira.
