I'm interested in upgrading from Win98SE to XP. Has anyone had problems
with the upgrade or should it done on a formatted hard drive with a full
install? I ask because of upgrade nightmare's when I tried to put Win2k and
WinME on my computers.

I second that, and would advise XP over W2K. It is as stable, but is easier
to setup and maintain. I have not seen one blue screen in almost a year of
using XP on two heavily used computers.
