FAMILY="SANSSERIF"> Tom,
I have Windows 98 and I have had
some improvement in performance by using a program called Mem Turbo by
Prairie Software. You can download a trial version for free from the
web
at <A
href="http://www.memturbo.com/">http://www.memturbo.com/ One
nice feature is that it tells you how much of your memory is being used at any
given moment and will let you clean your ram without shutting down anything.
I have had this for several months. I popped for
the paid version and I am a satisfied customer.
Regards,
Norman
