Question
Using windows 98 have always had
memory management problems frequently operating on the cusp of locking up with
more than 90% of resources used... always in the 19--37% range with one
program running but with virus...and firewall always running.I have
increased Ram to 384 with now apparent change in behavior. I assume it is Win
98 "s poor memory management, Is the answer win 2000 or is there a swap file
