intermediate term high may already be in and we will continue down to the next 
projected intermediate term low point.In this scenario,  the medium 
term high is already in as well. That would be the high of 8-22. The most recent 
high of 9-11 did not take it out. In this scenario the some what early 
medium term high is a sign of continued weakness. To
