Earl,

I consider counts similar to your hand count valid. Once again,
in a perfect replay of 1974's low, the SPX *would fail* to make
a new low. Sure looks like it needs at least a small 4th and 5th
first though, as your count suggests. There is a bit of an A-D and
ADX divergence on the hourly lows today. TWT.
