Haven't tried Don's course but anything with "QQQ" perks my interest.I am
jaded with trading courses & trading systems, not because they aren't better
than my stuff, but because I don't have the time to test other systems &
integrate into my training MO. But I do look out for new ideas.
I'd like your comment on a recent observation:
the QQQ range the past few days has been small, do you agree? Seems like the
market has fallen apart and QQQ not going anywhere, difficult to make money,
Total range last 3 days is about 1. I surmise this narrowing range indicates
a reversal soon, or a big decline with a daily range of over 1.5. But the
narrow daily range cannot go on for much longer?? dah boyz holding QQQ
around 21.5 to 22
at expiration??
my QQQ trading method, is basic oltime TA, too simple:
5 min and 15 min intraday with BB bands, 20 & 50 ema and MACD (12,26,9),
Stoch 5,13,6 & 8,18,9; normal intepretation of these indicators apply; fine
tune entries/exit with 5 min and sometimes 3 min; keep an eye on hourly &
daily trend with 20 & 50 ema to stay on the right side of the trend. I scalp
& hedge against QQQ options, most likely not the current month, time passes
so quickly when youy hold options! PC ratio & VIX are also useful but almost
useless at extreme market conditions when market ignores nearly all
indicators. Got to trade it by seat of pants during those times which
coincidentally are the best times to win/lose lotsa money.
I also trade NQZ & ESZ and at any one moment in the day I try to ensure I
not too weighted in one direction. I am a chronic profit-taker, don't like
to see too many $$ on the table; commissions are low, get in & get out, some
great (?) perosn remarked 'you can never go broke taking profits'
