Hi,
I believe in Wyckoff and, if you live in the SFO area, suggest
you audit the Wyckoff 1 course at golden gate university (forget
the #, FI???). You will never look at a chart the same way again.
Think the fall course should start soon. Tell Dr. Pruden I said
hi.
Wyckoff was a discretionary trader. I doubt you will find his
system properly implemented in any mechanical system. Would be
suspicious of anyone claiming such.
The Wyckoff wave and OP are pieces of this methodology. OP is
just a variation of OBV. The wave is more complex. I have never
seen an indicator for it.
PS imho the big boys are either going long or flat, not sure
which. I would not be a seller/short here. This view is from
watching the tape. I saw COT charts for the NDX and INDU this
morning which confirm this view.
regards,
tbr
