In line with some recent psts on Buffet. Here is my take. Buffet via
his BRK has recently acquired a major position in Garan Inc. at $60
per share. He has also used BRK to take a major position in Natural
Gas pipelines.
Garan sells at a PE of 10sh and the pipelines were bought at bargain
prices yielding high cash flow.
Buffet is once again shrewdly taking positions in situations with low
PEs that assuming he maintains the BRK PE, will be providing a
further upward thrust in BRK price.
So far the "follow Buffet" crowd has not picked up his lead and
bumped Garan up in price yet.
