To me the charts say that a very long term downtrend in spreads has 
been broken. This together with the trendline breaks and other trend 
change measures in the equity indices suggest that this is not just 
another blip down in the bull mkt since the 70s. But remember these 
are very long term charts...each bar is a year. C
