markets skittishness. However, this may not last long. Saddam may bring it to a

Arial'>Iraqi authorities have ORDERED Baghdad residence to stay put and do not
leave the city. (Saddam needs a human shield) They warned anyone who does so
without permission, will have their property and bank accounts confiscated by
the government.
