Hello Ira,

That is very clever and insightful.  It has "legs" as they say in the
media.  I expect to see it move around the internet a bit.

Here are a few to add:

If I'm unemployed and illiterate after quitting school when I'm 16,
its the governments fault and they should give me child care while
they train me to do something.

If I'm fat, its McDonald's fault because they should have put a label
on my fries.

If I can't live as I'm accustomed on Social Security, its not my fault.
I couldn't save anything because I just had to have that bass boat,
yearly vacation, camper, big screen TV , whatever.  Its probably my
neighbors fault, I had to keep up with him.

better stop here, I'm about to become partisan--but its not my fault.
