Hell no.....
but the problem with O'Neill is he is not diplomatic enough.....
he's too direct.  Everything he says he ends up retracting anyway later....
the financial markets are too fragile right now for his approach.

We need a statesmanlike bullshit artist like Robert Rubin in there....
He'll say the right stuff the first time and also baffle them at the same
time.....and without giving out any more handouts !! (just like Greenie)
