Fishback volatility break out signal is warning of big move coming.
Those moves can last several weeks as You can see on April / may charts.
signal comes when Bollinger 10 bar, 100 bar, 200 bar are pinched together.
Fishback buys 3 months out puts & calls since he don't know which way
breakout happen, but in today's fast moving market 30 days options are good.
He makes money from volatility expansion (buy low sell high) on put or call.
One side will make enough to compensate for the loss of other. Personally I
know person using only $400 on put in May 18th top & cashing in $10.000 on
7-19 using this method.
Since I'm in cycles it helps to determine direction of coming move, its gonna
be down to 8-7 to 8-13.
