[RT] Searching for Adaptive Stochastic by Clyde Lee & Bobr

In June 2001 Clyde Lee and Bobr did some work with an adaptive 
stochastic function and possiblily an indicator.  I found references 
to ADAPT0F.ela ADAPTST02.ela.  Would someone do me the favor to 
repost/email the el codes file(s).
