Since known researcher Steve Puetz discovered sun spot activity affecting
human behavior in stock market I continue in last 2 years to find shorter
time frames then Puetz work & apply to stock market.
In march of this year as You can see below I found on NASA website

16 month sun internal cycle. I shared my thoughts with few friend traders.
at same time I set the chart (encl. jpg) & left alone up till now. Take a
look.

It got my attention but did not follow up till read Tech Talk by Eric Hadik
March 2000 Futures where he talks of uncanny 71/72 week cycle that comes as a
very important critical timing point.
this link above connected both
16 months = 69.3 weeks= 488 calendar days (can go up to 505 cal days)
if You talk in months terms & error +/- 2 weeks will fit in to 70 to 72 week
cycle that has to show up in market.
If we add 72 weeks & its multiples to 4-19-97th low following dates come up
9-5-1998 low,
1-15-2000 high,
5-22-2001 high,
9-28-2002 ??
2-7-2004??
by using 70 week cycle for current dates:
9-9-2000 top +70 weeks = 1-12-2002
10-21-2000 low + 70 = 2-23-2002 (low)
11-4 to 11-11-2000 top + 70 = 3-9 to 3-16-2002 (top ???)
12-2-2000 low +70 = 4-6-2002 (low??)
if we follow rotations for 2002
5-11-2002 high,
5-25-2002 low,
6-15-2002 high,
6-29-2002 low (this is also 9 months, 10 & 20 weeks low),
7-13-2002 high,
7-23-2002 low,
9-28-2002 high,
1-25-2003 low (this date = Sept 21 2001 low)
