"Select All", "Copy", "Paste" should work fine.
More elegant, is "Data","External Data","New Web Query" then select "Get tables
only" (the default), and then in "Browse ..." dialog past in the URL. Click
"OK", wait a bit, and voila, you've got your data (this is Excel 2000 and up).
