Thank you--never saw that page.  I've noticed that there's little 
coordination among sources of volume figures.  Example, if you ask 
Yahoo for historic quotes for "NYA" or "COMP", it will return price 
and volume numbers for those indices, but the volume figures don't 
agree with volume number on the Yahoo indices page for same day, and 
neither agrees with numbers published in Investors Daily, and all of 
those can be different from volume numbers returned by Bigcharts.  
Hopefully, I'll be getting the right volume trend if I stick to one 
source.
