The trust (Barclay's Global Investors iShare) is based on the composition of
the DJ US Telecom Sector Index so you'd have to ask Dow Jones why MOT is
included. Stated dividend for the iShare for 2001 is $0.24 for stock which
has been trading around $20 which doesn't work out to anything close to
3-4%. YTD dividend for first half of this year is 0.17 ... still under 2%.
Stock price would have to fall into the $12 range to reach 3% dividend
yield.
