On a day to day basis, there is some merit in what you say. However,
your comments make no acknowldegdgement of the more important big picture
point I was making.
One should take into account the long term enviroment in which one is
operating. As I said before, these accounting issues are nothing new. It is
part of a repeating cycle. Knowing were you are in the cycle can lend great
insight as to how to trade or what trades to take.
