  can buy NASDAQ
  this is  VERY short  term
  and major trend is still DOWN
  the  lower graph shows the  MBI  (market 
  barometer) in clear cut buy
  the macd  on the mbi is also on a buy
  (one caveat,,  low volume on the upside
