  trading connections
  RT's:

Currently I am trading off of an attbi cable connection (not
a static IP address - have heard ATT is not able to give static address if
that makes a difference).  I have a 56k backup for emergencies, but it is
only for emergency exits - would never trade off of as not enough band
  width.

I would like to add a backup DSL line to my setup (with
static IP address).  Any of you tech savy people know if it is possible
to have a setup where the cable is primary, but in the event it goes down I
can rapidly (manually quickly or automatically if possible) get out on the DSL
line - and what equipment I might need.

Any advice, or direction/suggestions would be greatly
  appreciated.

  Best regards,

  Ed
