it is 
internet based but you can input directly or thru an excel templete. Other then 
suppling the software they really do not provide "service". I found it easier 
then loading into quicken and then moving that over to Turbo Tax for my sch D 
also I believe that it tracks wash sales were quicken does not. I also believe 
that you can now also do options in GK where I used to have problems with them 
in Q.
