Week of June 10

The major geocosmic signature coming up this week is the solar eclipse on
Monday, June 10. It is major because this particular eclipse finds the Sun
conjoining Saturn and opposing Pluto. As stated is previous reports, this will
be the last "translation" of faster moving bodies to the extremely important
Saturn-Pluto opposition that has been in effect since last August.
Let's look back for a moment and review the mundane and economic themes of the
past 10 months that we believe have coincided with the principles of this
significant 32-37 year planetary cycle. As the aspect began last August, the
USA was enjoying a budget surplus, and all of its tax paying citizens were in
the process of receiving an unprecedented $600.00 tax rebate. Historically, the
period around the Saturn-Pluto opposition has seen a swing of the pendulum from
economic expansion and budget surplus to a period of economic contraction and
rising budget deficits. The last time this happened was in 1965-1966, just as
then-President Lyndon Johnson began his famous "Great Society" program, and the
budget deficits of the 1970's and 1980's began in earnest. The Dow Jones
Industrial Averages also briefly topped the 1000 barrier for the first time,
only to retreat and not see these levels again for several years.

The bottom line is that things are looking better from a geocosmic point of
view, in terms of both economics and mundane affairs. Signs of a rebounding
economy are apt to continue in the weeks ahead, and if I am reading this right,
one of the biggest rallies in world stocks this year is shaping up for July.
This coincides also with a more intensive effort towards negotiations and
eventual world peace. The movement towards world peace is apt to grow
increasingly stronger over the next 6-8 years. Hopefully, the movement will be
successful in wiping out weapons of mass destruction. Otherwise, according to
my reading of these studies, the terrorists will gain both possession and
expertise of these weapons, and between 2008 and 2010 a showdown regarding the
future of life and markets will occur. We've got time. Hopefully we will also
have the awareness of urgency and the organized effort globally, to do
something about it.
