advertising/trolling/promoting one's services or those of a
friend/associate/partner. If someone asks on the list about
recommendations for a broker/house/agent/service and people reply as to who
they use, that is one thing but unsolicited posts which could/would benefit
a for profit business are not allowed here. (Promoting a free site which
offers or may offer, access to a paid service is included in this statement).
