[RT] Classic Pivot Point calculations of S4, S5, etc.

Can anyone remember how to calculate S4, S5, R4, R5 in the 
classic pivot point support/resistance calculations?
 
I have Resistance level 3 calculated as (Pivot Point - Support 
1) + Resistance 2, and Support 3 calculated as Pivot Point - (Resistance 2 - 
Support 1).
