Using 30 minute bars there was a change indicated between 4PM yesteday and
10PM today. Looks like we got that. Now the INDU is stuck at the 180
degree level for a bit. The previous reversals came at 270 degrees so that
would give us 10108 today or tomorrow perhaps since we have had such a big
move already today.
