The simple "fix" 
for this problem is (note:insert the same symbol twice) use both DATA1(5 minute, 
etc) and DATA2(dailybars )  in a chart and modify the signal code to 
always refer to DATA2, and fire the signals using DATA1.

but this eliminates the bouncing tick problem and reduces the possibility of 
invalid entry/exit assumptions caused by the same.
