It may
be a matter of symantics but I also consider this a severe correction in a bull
mkt, like a wave 4 on a monthly chart. I also think that unless a major event
happens we will see higher highs before lower lows. I think we may see a
significant rally lasting 4-8 weeks and then the double dip to test or likely
take out the lows. In this aspect the bear may not be out of the woods until
this time next year or 10/03
