One more thing you can do if you are using Outlook
Express and are worried about emails with malicious files automatically
executing without even being opened - switch off the preview pane. Right click
on the OE toolbar, choose customize and then select 'preview' from the list on
the left and add it to the right sided list. Using this you can then toggle the
preview pane on and off, and you can delete suspicious email without it being
previewed and perhaps executing malicious code
