I have no way of predicting the next high because of translation. If
price continues to move down then the high should take place in the
first 1/3 of the cycle and if price continues its move up then the high
should take place in the last 1/3 of the cycle you are trading. The
only measurable cycle length is from low to low. Those lows are
dependent upon the cycle you have selected to trade. You probably know
as much about this as anyone. Have a good day. Ira.
