Jim,
Looked at the site and was badly disappointed at
the way in which
they analyzed the insider trading
statistics.
I would bet that most of the sales that they are
looking at are from
sale of options granted and not from stock that was
purchased
by the insiders in the first place.
It seems to me that we should always have a heavy
selling to option
shares when times are tough.
