I haven't seen PAR fire on GE yet either, however 
different programs can use slightly different parameters and some can be 
programmed.  I did notice that On Balance Volume (OBV) has chanced it's 
trend, not strictly a divergence but close enough, and Stochastic has strongly 
rebounded from below 20.  I will jump in strongly, probably buy out of 
money calls, when MACD turns positive (it is very close now), probably 
accompanied by the PAR chancing to an up trend.

  GE is often (always?) considered a financial 
  stock thanks to GE Capital, and usually acts as such.
