[RT] Dow Jones Bond Index

The Dow Jones Bond Index (^DJB in Yahoo, _DJB in Reuters)
was terminated by Dow Jones on 4/5/2002, and replaced by
the Dow Jones Corporate Bond Index (I get Quotes Plus, and
they have it as symbol !DJCI)... unfortunately, the first
data I have for !DJCI is on 4/18/2002, does anyone know
when Dow Jones actually began using this new index?

Also, does anyone know how this index is computed, and how
the old index was computed?
