You are ABSOLUTELY wrong.
 
do the following from the chart 
window:
 
Format > Symbol > Scaling > User 
defined
 
AND SET THE MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM values as you 
desire.

  This is a personal irk about TS and unless I 
  have over looked something very obvious , you cannot set the scale ..Now, I 
  hope I am wrong, and someone has a fix or a work around But, I can not find 
  out how that scale ,in terms of price density ,is even 
  controlled.

    I believe this is a scaling question --- maybe 
    not.Anyway... I want the price scale that to the right of my chart 
    toALWAYS stay at .5 increments while trading the S&P.For 
    example: 1120, 1120.5, 1121, 1121.5, etcHow can I do
