  Unless I'm badly mistaken the
  Junk1.gif  (another copy attached)
was that and it provided the  2.000
  target.

If that is not what you are asking about then let
  me know.

    Clyde:

.786 APP and 2.000 Expansion are quite close and
would constitute a cluster, for those that like confluence of Fibonacci
levels.  Do you by chance also get something close by looking at a
simple retracement of the blue leg?

The Junk.gif is a reposting of the
      "alternate" method of computing
Fib lines/points.  In this the Red line
is the measured line and the
projections are made from the terminus of the
      blue line.  In other
words, projections in a certain direction
      take their measure from the
      most recent leg in that
      direction.

The Junk1.gif is the "conventional" method of
      computing Fib lines/points
and uses the Blue line as the measured and
      terminus line from which
      Fib points/lines are projected.  In
other words, projections in a certain
direction take their measure from the most
      recent leg regardless of
      direction.

It would seem to me that the more
      conventional approach hit the
target IN THIS CASE better than the alternate
      approach.
