I did not realize
he was a constant and perennial bear.....that is not good.
However, he did
say the market would look OK after May.

the same stock. At least 50% of his clients are happy and recommending
him to friends and family. Arch has been right just enough times to
gather a following and with his appearances on CNBC he gains
credibility. I have often wondered which news letters get the greatest
number of subscribers, those that predict a woderful future for the stock
market or the doom and gloomers.
