Hi,
I get RT in digest form, lately I get about 1 missing post per
digest, with the error

in place of the posted body, never remember seeing this before we
became moderated, not always the same person posting, anybody
know whats going on?

Don't know about the S&Ps, but I use Balance Steps on the NDX to
help highlight the day trend, this simple method works well for
me, bullish/bearish days hit serious support/resistance close to
the step, dull days wander back and forth in a narrow range
around it, trending days move further and further from the step
as the day progresses. I use (21,13) inputs on 1 min bars,
(13,13) on 5 min bars, don't recall this being that useful in
higher time frames
FWIW, unless tomorrow rallies strongly our intermediate term QQQ
system will give an exit signal, if so we missed this trade
waiting to go short on a bounce that never happened 8-(
