It appears to me that funds have been over-weighting in small caps and
mid-caps.   Looking at 3-year charts of $SML (S&P Small-cap 600) and
$MID (Mid-cap 400): $SML is at a 3-yar high around 250 - which may
provide some resistance - while $MID seems to be forming a triple top
around 500.

If $SML and $MID, and other similar indices, start to show additional
signs of "topping out" that could be a confirmation that funds are
changing their allocation to more big caps.
