If from the outside, these probes are quite common. I get anywhere
from dozens to hundreds a day. If you are locked down well, don't
worry too much.

If it's coming from *inside*, trying to contact someone outside, that
is cause for great worry, and you need to fix it right away.

I usually report probes if they are 'excessive', say hundreds an hour
for an extended period of time, or if they have unusual
characteristics (but this is way beyond a simple email to describe).
If you report them to Korea, I have often found this seems to
*increase* the number of probes in the next few days. You don't wanna
get their attention. :-)
