Yahoo groups tend to run into slow transfers when their mail servers
become very busy. This happens much more often during weekdays than
nights and weekends. Same is true for web use. When people
are at work, they are on computers more. Both for playing and
commerce. Even the routing hubs, maewest and east can become slowed
by this fact.
