Hello Norman,
I have used it as well for several years. it has all kinds of stuff I
don't use--use reply, multiple format templates for different purposes
and filters, managing listserv etc. It is also more secure, PGP.
downsides for me--not as intuitive as outlook, netscape, eudora.
help files are very incomplete. address book is clumbsy.
I'd say unless you need all the commercial features it is not worth
the time to learn a new app.
