To those on list so involved with subject:
I was hit very hard by INTRUST. They made their calculation of
allocation based upon high market values of what I held and extracted
when my holdings had a drawdown.
I am filing my taxes late to see if there is some provision for this
to be regarded as theft under the IRS code and what the potential tax
benefits may be if accepted.
I know INTRUST posts are not strictly trading but they do have to do
with the tax cosequences of IRA commodity trading and theft.

Hello charles,
I'm one that was clipped by the intrust deal--not too bad but PO'd
none the less. I didn't follow you comment--read article but saw no
mention of intrust.
