I don't believe that our list needs a heavy handed approach. As mail lists
go, this list has a great membership of mature and professional individuals
who possess social graces and common sense. The two which have been
discussed and who you no doubt have suspended, feed on discontent and being
the center of attention. I have routed their posts to dev nul for
months. I believe that if we have an active moderator who works with the
senior list members and brings all new policies and rules to the entire
list so that all may have an input into *their* forum, there will be few
problems to solve in the future. Even so, it is imperative that we have
the ability to control the list for the good of everyone.

Thank you for understanding and dealing with this, George.
