If a contest particpant posts that the market may go up or may go down over
the next 1-10 days, does he get credit for both directions or neither?

And do contestants get bonus handles if they trade calmly?

The  problem with this is that the majority of people are probably not
qualified  enough  to  know  what is valuable and what is not. I would
propose  judging  by  way profitability, which we could get a quantity
discount at some paper trading company.
